We were commissioned to design a new mixed use development to replace a dilapidated collection of buildings housing a series of garages. The site is on the edge of an industrial area which backs on to a residential development facing Clarendon Road, with a separate mews development housing the commercial element.

The accommodation provides a mix of five new one and two bed apartments including a duplex apartment at roof level. Balconies, terraces or gardens are provided to each apartment.

Materials include stock facing brickwork to reflect the adjacent housing, with zinc cladding to the duplex unit, timber shutters to windows with a combination of brown and green roofs.
