PMA were appointed to explore options for a new residential development on the site of existing industrial buildings.
Options included an expanded site, taking in adjoining residential land and also the conversion of a five storey office block with apartments.
New accommodation provides 26 units with a mix of one,two and three bedroom flats arranged over three and four storeys and set within carefully proportioned brickwork elevations.
A robust materials palette of buff brickwork, iroko details and zinc clad penthouses reflects the industrial context.
Planning was granted for the development in June 2016.
